W. is the Oliver Stone movie detailing the life of President George W. Bush. I couldn't really decide if this movie was supposed to be serious or funny. It was a dramatic account of George W. Bush's life, but, at times, it seemed to go into a humorous mocking of him. Of course, this may have something to do with the fact that certain aspects of his life have been somewhat of a joke.
Josh Brolin actually does a pretty good job playing George W. Bush. Some of the other actors are good, too. However, I wouldn't say any of them are great. Thandie Newton's portrayal of Condoleezza Rice is the worst. It seems more like a SNL skit than a movie when she is in it. I don't foresee any Oscar nominations for this one.
All in all, I would say this movie is OK. It's not great, but it's also not terrible. If you have a specific dislike for the President, you'll probably think a lot of this movie is funny. If you like the President, you probably won't like it.
